- No Refunds on Completed Repairs: Once a repair is completed and the device is returned, refunds are generally not provided.
- Repair Defects: If the device exhibits a defect directly related to our repair within 7 days of service, we will repair it free of charge. Proof of service receipt is required.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Refunds or warranty claims are void if repairs are tampered with by a third party after service.
2. Accessories and Products
- Eligibility for Returns: Items purchased through our app or physical store can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
